Our overdraft protection really protects YOU! Now, if your checking account indicates non-sufficient funds (NSF) when a check is presented for payment, our system will cover the overdraft. How? By automatically transferring available monies from your savings (share) account. These funds are drawn from your available balance over the $5 minimum, which must remain in your account. Imagine all this protection for just $5 per check paid. Plus, no more embarrassing returned checks, or hefty fees charged by vendors for returned checks.
