New and Improved Bill Payment Program

In the interest of providing our members with access to the best available products and services, People Credit Union implemented a new and improved Bill Payer program. 

We would like to make you aware of the changes and features involved with this new system.  The new program will allow you to pay bills faster and more efficiently than ever before.  As a result, it should alleviate the current lag time between the date funds are deducted from your account and the date they are received by your payee.  Whenever possible, your bills will be paid electronically, removing the delay associated with mailing checks and allowing bills to be paid in as little as 2 business days.  When it is not possible to pay a merchant electronically, requiring a check to be sent, the time from withdrawal to credit should be no more than 5 business days.

We do ask that you verify your personal account information as displayed on the new site.  If your email address or phone data were not on file with us, those fields were set to default values.  Please take this opportunity to update that information when you first log in.  We would also like to advise you to verify that all your bills payment and vendor information is correct.

With the new program, bills scheduled for a given date will be charged to your account between 2:00PM and 4:00PM on that day.  Funds must be available in your account at the time of the posting for your bill to be paid.
