How can I apply for a loan?
Complete an application on-line or print and submit an application via fax, mail or in-person.

How long does it take to process a loan application?
There is a 24-hour turn around time for online applications and 1-hour for fax or in person applications.

What does the Credit Union take into consideration when evaluating a loan application?
The two most important considerations when evaluating a loan application is the applicants’ credit history and the ability to repay loan based on income and current debt.

What interest rates do you charge for your loans?
The interest rate depends on the type of loan, term and applicant(s) beacon (credit) score.

I have not received my loan coupons, what should I do?
All the information you need to make a payment is in the contract. Payments can be made in person or mailed to any of our branch locations. Be sure to note your account number and loan number on the payment. In addition, contact our call center or e-mail us and a representative will confirm your mailing address and advise the loan department that new coupons need to be ordered. contactus@peopcu.org

How can I get the payoff amount of my loan?
Members can simply e-mail, call or stop by our offices and speak to a representative at the Credit Union. contactus@peopcu.org

Anyone other than the member that needs payoff information must make that request in writing. The member’s permission must be obtained in order to release this information with the exception of auto dealers that can provide proper member identification information.

I received a letter asking for proof of insurance, what should I do?
Please call our insurance tracking company, Allied Solutions at 800-432-0235. You will be asked to mail or fax the proof of insurance to their offices. Your insurance agent can do this for you or you can submit insurance verification by visiting.www.myinsuranceinfo.com!

I have already submitted proof of insurance and continue to receive letters requesting this information. In addition, I have not received my refund?
Please contact Allied Solutions at 800-432-0235. They will explain what information is needed in order to resolve the situation.

Force placed insurance was added to my loan and my payment was increased – how do I resolve this?
Please call our insurance tracking company, Allied Solutions at 800-432-0235 and provide them with the information they request. When they receive proper proof of insurance they will submit a credit to your credit union account and your payments will be readjusted.

Do you take MasterCard payments over the phone or in at the Credit Union branches?
No, payments must be mailed to the Tampa payment center. For payment information and address please call 1-800-237-6211. Or log-on to our website and go to the MasterCard link.

How do I dispute fraudulent charges on my account?
Contact the fraud department at MasterCard Services: 1-800-453-4270.

How do I dispute an error on my account?
Contact the Customer Service Dept. at 1-800-453-4270 they will determine if the disputed charges are the result of fraud or error and will provide you with further instructions to resolve your claim.
